As a department of Hardeman County Hospital District, Hardeman County Rehab recognizes the importance of recovery from illnesses and injuries. Physical, Speech, or Occupational therapy can help you improve your quality of life. Our Rehab department is headed by a Master's level Physical Therapist, Danica Call, and employs various Licensed and Credentialed Therapy personnel whose only goal is to expedite your recovery process and educate you in ways to improve your functional mobility in daily living activities. Hardeman County Rehab specializes in all ages from pediatrics to senior adults. Our caring, specialized therapists are educated in utilizing various modalities to improve your wellness. Your care is professional, compassionate, and individualized.

At our facility, we are equipped with a wide variety of therapeutic equipment such as a multi-system weight station, stationary bicycle, treadmill, elliptical fitness cross-trainer, stepper, total fitness trainer, and free weights. Complementing our equipment are medically approved and physician supervised individual exercise programs.

PAYMENT OF SERVICES

Medicare, Medicaid, and most commercial insurances pay for our services. We will assist you in contacting your insurance company as needed.

HOW TO GET HELP

Medicare states that you have a choice of which provider you want to help you recover. This is your right. Exercise your right and let your Physician know you prefer the personalized care at Hardeman County Rehab.

Hardeman County Rehab can accommodate your scheduling needs outside the normal program hours of 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. We will collaborate with your physician to ensure your needs are being met. Your primary care physician will always maintain your medical management. We are here to assist your physician in taking care of you.
