Some of the clinical services provided are; Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Sleep Studies, Swing-bed Program, Geriatric Psychiatric, General Surgery, School Physicals, Podiatry, Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Services, Home Health Services, First Steps Program, etc.... We also have clinics in Crowell, Hardeman, and Paducah areas.
