Hardeman County Hospital District's Home Health passed their 2005 State survey with zero deficiencies.   Mr. Scott Nail, Administrator for the hospital, stated  "Our, Home Health Care team have worked very hard to promote the welfare of all our patients."  "It is exciting when the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services affirms our hard work ."  Mr. Nail reported this as another indication of the positive changes occurring at the hospital.

Ms. Patricia Guffey, RN and Nurse IV Surveyor Regulatory Services, from the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services stated, "I have never written a clear survey, but this is good, there was nothing to cite.  I did a deep survey and its good.  Keep doing what you are doing."  Ms.  Guffey stated that the team should give themselves a "good pat on the back for what you've done...all... of your patients love you."
