THE ALTERNATIVES PROGRAM

OUR PHILOSOPHY
The Alternatives Program is an intensive outpatient mental health program for Senior Adults devoted to providing opportunities to explore, address, and find healthy alternatives in coping with  life stressors .

The Alternatives Program's philosophy is helping individuals identify emotional barriers to facilitate positive and healthy life changes.

The journey to emotional well being does not need to be alone.  We believe in providing a safe, warm,  compassionate, and therapeutic environment needed to create change.

The Treatment team is comprised of Licensed Physicians, Licensed Psychotherapists, Licensed Nurses, and Mental Health Workers.
